Read Case StudyThat ratio is not an exaggeration. It is the industry average, and it is why the cheapest growth available to most businesses is sitting inside traffic they have already paid for.
The median site converts 2.35% of visitors. The top ten percent convert 11.45%. That is not a traffic difference. That is a website difference.
Where the money goes
None of these are design opinions. Every one has a number attached, and every one is fixable without touching your ad budget.
Every extra second of load time costs about 7% of conversions. It is the one fix that pays before a single word changes.
Most of the traffic, converting at half the rate. Sites are still designed on a 27-inch screen and tested there too.
Every field past the third costs you answers. Asking for a phone number before you have earned it costs the most.
Five seconds to say what you sell, who it is for and what happens next. Most sites lose people on the first one.
Reviews, numbers, real faces. A claim with nothing behind it reads as a risk rather than a reason to buy.
The page has to finish the sentence the ad started. A mismatch here loses people who had already decided.
This is the only lever in marketing that works that way.
Two different jobs
We will tell you honestly which one you are, and we lose money saying it more often than you would expect.
Built to convert from day one, not redesigned into converting later.
Fast on an ordinary phone on patchy data, because that is what your buyer is actually holding.
Structured for search and CRM from the start, so the next two parts of the machine are not a rebuild.
Tracking wired on launch day, not bolted on when someone finally asks where leads came from.
WhatsApp and call handoff where your buyers prefer it, which in most markets they do.
Find the leak, fix the leak, prove it moved. No blind redesigns.
Session recordings and heatmaps to see where people actually stop, not where we assume they do.
Speed and mobile first, because they are the cheapest wins and almost always the largest.
Test, do not guess. Only about 14% of tests win, which is exactly why you run them instead of arguing.
Ship monthly, measure against enquiries, and keep the version that earned it.
How we work

Chosen for what the business needs, not what we prefer to build. If WordPress is right for you, we will say so.

What we measure

Still Having Queries ?
Usually it can be fixed, and usually that is the better call. We read what the traffic is already doing -- where people stop, on which device, at which field -- and the answer is normally four or five leaks rather than a rebuild. A new site is a recommendation we make when the structure itself is the problem, not a default we sell.
The speed and mobile fixes show up in the numbers within days, because they cost you conversions on every visit. Anything that depends on a test needs enough traffic to be sure it is a result and not a good week -- for most sites that is three to six weeks per test. We will tell you which of the two you are looking at before we start.
Lower than most people assume. Split testing needs volume, but the leaks above do not -- a form asking for eight fields or a page taking six seconds is costing you whether you get a thousand visitors a month or a hundred thousand. Below roughly a thousand visits a month we fix the obvious and skip the testing, and we say so rather than billing for tests that cannot conclude.
The audit with every leak priced against your own numbers, the rebuilt pages or components, and the test record -- what we changed, what it did, and what we left alone. Plus the tracking set up properly, so the next decision is read off data rather than argued in a meeting.
