Every platform is paid to take credit. None of them are paid to tell you the truth. Add up what Meta and Google each claim and the total usually exceeds what the business actually made.

You only made 100%. Somebody is taking credit for a sale they did not cause, and right now you are funding whoever shouts loudest.

Question 01
The operational number. Which ad produced which enquiry. Fix this first.

Question 02
The directional question. Which channel deserves more next month and what to stop.

Question 03
Incrementality. Evidence a holdout test produced. Only a test can answer this honestly.
Quarterly · CFO
Layer one · Tracking
The operational number. It is also the one most businesses get wrong, because browsers, blockers and consent strip a third of it before it ever reaches the platform. Fix this first. Everything above it inherits the error.

The mistake everyone makes
A tool is an instrument. A framework is a set of decisions about what gets measured, how often, and who has to act on it. Without the second one, the best attribution platform in the world produces interesting data that changes nothing about how you run the company.
So we start at the other end. What decision are you struggling to make, who makes it, and how often. Then we build backward until there is a number that answers it.

Tell us the decision you are stuck on. We will tell you whether it is a tracking problem, a modelling problem, or a question only a holdout test can settle.

Usually it can be fixed, and usually that is the better call. We read what the traffic is already doing -- where people stop, on which device, at which field -- and the answer is normally four or five leaks rather than a rebuild. A new site is a recommendation we make when the structure itself is the problem, not a default we sell.
The speed and mobile fixes show up in the numbers within days, because they cost you conversions on every visit. Anything that depends on a test needs enough traffic to be sure it is a result and not a good week -- for most sites that is three to six weeks per test. We will tell you which of the two you are looking at before we start.
Lower than most people assume. Split testing needs volume, but the leaks above do not -- a form asking for eight fields or a page taking six seconds is costing you whether you get a thousand visitors a month or a hundred thousand. Below roughly a thousand visits a month we fix the obvious and skip the testing, and we say so rather than billing for tests that cannot conclude.
The audit with every leak priced against your own numbers, the rebuilt pages or components, and the test record -- what we changed, what it did, and what we left alone. Plus the tracking set up properly, so the next decision is read off data rather than argued in a meeting.
